Few! Those were a couple of busy months!
First of: Lidewij and I got our photo published in photography magazine Zoom this month with the picture she took of me last year at the Elf Fantasy Fair in Haarzuilens (
[link]. That was a
nice and big surprise to us both! Thanks again Lidewij for the awesome picture!
Another big surprise was the letter I got last Saturday. I applied for Graphic Design at the Art Academie Artez and got accepted! The selecting rounds were like Idols: You had to show your portfolio to a jury of 5 people at this HUGE table. At the end of the conversation (20 min. max) they told you if you got true the first round (then you had to go back the next day for a life assignment). So I got true the first, went back the next day, worked from 09:00 to 15:00 on the assignment and felt not so good (I glued myself to my project…….twice!!!), cause it didn’t turn out exactly like I wanted. THEY DIDN’T CARE…..LOL!! *does a happy dance*
I’m also happy to announce that I can finally upload the gorgeous pictures Viona from www.viona-art.com made. It was certainly a once in a life time experience working with her, especially when you get to pose with a real Unicorn! Go check out the pictures in the gallery! Plus! And to the rest, if you like her costumes, consider buying something now that she's offering. They're freaking gorgeous, and she's not charging nearly enough for them. So get it while you can.
